A body lay next to a Broward Sheriff's Office cruiser and not far from a pickup truck on a Homestead street Tuesday morning.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene at around 6:30 a.m., with multiple police agencies on site. Broward Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation.
