Laughing can be just as effective as drops when it comes to dry eyes
Briefly

Laughter has been shown to reduce discomfort and improve symptoms of dry eye disease, suggesting it could serve as a viable alternative to conventional eye drops.
In our trial involving 283 participants, the laughter exercise group exhibited significantly improved eye health metrics compared to those using sodium hyaluronic acid eye drops.
The findings imply that laughter exercise not only alleviates dry eye symptoms but also enhances overall mental health and aligns with alternative treatment options.
Given its low cost and safety benefits, laughter may be regarded as a promising alternative therapy for millions suffering from dry eyes.
