The company will implement Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security, tokenize credit card information to combat fraud, and support mobile check-in, allowing guests to bypass front desks. With over 70,000 hotel rooms in North America, the updates also include expanded system integrations for better operation management.
