Pixalate analyzed more than 45 billion global open programmatic advertising transactions across desktop web, mobile web, and mobile app traffic during Q2 2025. Analysis found significant click-related invalid traffic (IVT) in the APAC region, with 24% of desktop web clicks and 19% of mobile app clicks classified as invalid. The 320x50 ad size experienced the highest impact, accounting for 42% of affected clicks. Multiple IVT types were identified across high-risk categories, platforms, and countries. Pixalate's Click Fraud Detection technology maps clicks to impressions, identifies IVT, and detects suspicious users, ad creatives, and publishers.
