Kroger Precision Marketing Powered by 84.51° launched Agent Monday, a weekly AI-generated insights report available to qualifying Stratum subscribers. The customizable emails pull retail data from the Stratum self-serve customer behavior insights tool to surface key brand insights. Reports combine short-term and long-term performance metrics, including KPIs, household trends for recent weeks and quarters, competitive comparisons, geographic anomalies, and promotion effectiveness versus competitors. Seasonal and event-based performance comparisons can be included, such as year-over-year holiday performance. The feature is designed to deliver proactive, Monday-ready intelligence to category managers and consumer insights teams.
