Google is changing its policy regarding ads on parked domains, which will affect all Google Ads accounts starting March 19, 2025. Previously, only new accounts were set to not display ads on parked domains by default. Now, this default setting will apply to all existing accounts as well. Advertisers will need to manually opt in to enable their ads on these domains through the Content suitability settings in their Google Ads account. This change was communicated via email to advertisers.
Starting March 19, 2025, all Google Ads accounts will be automatically opted out of serving ads on parked domains, requiring opt-in to display ads on these sites.
Previously, new accounts were opted out by default. Now, even older accounts will follow the same rule regarding ads on parked domains.
