"Adobe has launched a new suite of AI agents to help B2B marketers and sales teams with one of their biggest challenges: the slow, complex buying journey. The new agents focus on identifying the right decision-makers, orchestrating targeted campaigns and reducing friction throughout the sales cycle-especially when buying decisions involve multiple stakeholders. Adobe's earlier AI releases focused on consumer journeys, but this rollout is aimed squarely at the B2B market."

The release targets B2B use cases rather than prior consumer-focused AI releases. Agents run on Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, enabling multi-agent collaboration and reasoning, and integrate with Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Customer Journey Analytics B2B Edition. Three agents are available: Audience Agent, Journey Agent and Data Insights Agent, with two additional agents on the roadmap.
