Texas influencers should disclose paid political posts

The rule would require people to disclose when they've been paid to post political advocacy on behalf of a candidate or officeholder.
The Federal Trade Commission already has detailed rules requiring influencers to make their audiences aware of endorsement deals when promoting products to avoid misleading consumers.
