Gabriel Contreras, 28, has been arrested on charges of murdering his parents, Linda Rodriguez and Arthur Contreras, who were discovered in their Azusa home with multiple stab wounds following reports of shouting. Rodriguez died from a gunshot and stab injuries, while Arthur succumbed to stab wounds. Gabriel himself had stab injuries and was found outside the residence before being hospitalized. He was charged with two counts of murder and is currently detained with a $2 million bail, awaiting further court proceedings.
