Small plane crashes in street, bursts into flames in Hawthorne

Emergency responders arrived shortly after the crash, confirming that two individuals were aboard the small aircraft and were critically injured, prompting immediate hospital transport.
Fortunately, despite the severity of the crash, authorities confirmed that no one on the ground sustained injuries, and no structures were affected.
The FAA and NTSB have commenced investigations to determine the cause of the crash, which occurred close to Hawthorne Municipal Airport.
