Noelle Lynch, a Sacramento State University student, went missing after driving to Southern California. She left home in a difficult state of mind and is considered vulnerable.
Noelle's disappearance followed a car accident in Los Angeles, and the last contact her parents had was a confusing conversation where she was mostly not making sense.
Despite her mother booking a hotel room for her near LAX, Noelle didn't stay there and later walked away from an apartment building without personal property.
