Andrew Miguel Rosas, a 24-year-old man, has been charged with first-degree burglary, robbery, carrying a loaded firearm, and conspiracy after a home invasion incident in Newport Beach.
Police responded to a home near Newport Coast Drive following a 911 call about a robbery in progress. The homeowner shot one suspect, leading to injuries, while the other had a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
