A Tesla struck pedestrians near a Sainsbury's in Mile End, resulting in injuries to seven individuals. Paramedics were dispatched quickly, with the first responder arriving within seven minutes. After treating the victims at the scene, all were transported to local hospitals, with two deemed critical enough to be sent to a major trauma center. The incident involved a collision with a lamppost and traffic lights, leaving debris scattered across the area. The London Fire Brigade attended, and the Metropolitan Police took over the situation following the incident.
The first paramedic arrived in less than seven minutes. We treated seven patients at the scene and took them all to hospital.
Footage shared online of the aftermath of the crash showed a white Tesla had smashed into a lampost and traffic light.
A car had collided with a lamppost and traffic lights. There were no reports of any injuries and the incident was left in the care of the Metropolitan Police.
