In a tragic incident near Surrey Street market, 22-year-old Rijkaard Siafa was chased and stabbed 13 times by David Walcott and Rammon Mali. The attack occurred as market vendors were concluding their day, and Siafa was fatally wounded shortly before 6 PM. After the act, the defendants went to a nearby pub to drink, oblivious to the gravity of their crime. Police later apprehended Walcott, who denied involvement, while Mali fled but was eventually arrested upon his return. Both men were convicted of murder, with sentencing pending.
