Pyro is a new restaurant and bar in Borough, inspired by Greece with an Ibiza beach bar ambiance. It features a spacious outdoor area adorned with olive trees and stylish furniture, and an indoor dining room with an open kitchen. Greek chef Yiannis Mexis leads the kitchen, presenting a sophisticated menu. Dishes range from unique potato pitas and spanakopita to impressive live-fire offerings, including flame-kissed lobster. The huge outdoor drinking area is an enviable summer drinking spot, dotted with olive trees, sleek wooden furniture, wicker lamp shades and a bar area shaded with a rough canopy of branches.
