Chef Masayoshi Takayama, known for his high-end sushi restaurant Masa in New York, is launching Tobi Masa in London's Mayfair this September. The restaurant will offer signature dishes from Masa like tuna tartare and peking duck tacos, alongside new creations exclusive to this location. Prices for Tobi Masa are yet to be finalized but are expected to be steep, similar to Masa, which charges around $750 per person. The Chancery Rosewood hotel will also house numerous other amenities, all set within a historic building.
