Owner George Hartshorn has hired Rochelle Hutchinson as General Manager and Elie Fourcroy as head chef. Daytime offerings include Extract Coffee Roasters coffee, pastries and breads from Dusty Knuckle, house-made cakes, sandwiches and salad boxes, plus deli produce from suppliers such as Flourish, Provisions, HG Walter and Neal's Yard Dairy, including Clara's mozzarella. Evening menus are Mediterranean-inspired with dishes like rillettes, bruschetta, manchego fritti and braised rabbit, paired with low-intervention wines, tastings and salami-making events.
