The Great British Food Festival, now in its 15th year, will take place on July 5 and 6 at Danson Park in Bexleyheath. Attendees can explore the Artisan Market, showcasing local food producers, with options for vegan and gluten-free diets. Highlighted vendors include One Shot Marinade and The Tipsy Bakery, offering innovative culinary creations. The event also features discussions on culinary trends at The Chat Stage, aiming to engage visitors with expert insights.
Ranji said: "The flavours include spices like fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, chillies, black pepper, pandan leaves, lemongrass as well as the holy trinity of garlic, ginger and onions."
