Sergeant Mark Atkins pointed out that Jahangeer's actions were 'ridiculous,' emphasizing that by simply pulling over when requested, he could have avoided endangering others and a custodial sentence.
Despite Jahangeer's attempt to evade police by speeding and driving against traffic on the A1, police managed to stop him swiftly, ensuring the safety of other motorists.
Following his guilty plea, Jahangeer faces a four-year and six-month driving ban, and will need to retake an extended driving test to drive again.
