Driver of the Vauxhall thought it was ok to drive with no licence or insurance whilst smoking cannabis we also found a quantity of class A & B drugs inside the vehicle, & he was wanted by @EssexPoliceUK Driver arrested & vehicle seized & court awaits him.
The man is due to appear in court at a later date. Class A and B drugs were also found in the Vauxhall by the officers who made the arrest.
