Two people were treated at the scene with one of them taken to the hospital where their condition is unknown. The second person did not require further hospital treatment.
Westhorne Avenue was blocked from A205 South Circular to A2213 Kidbrooke Park Road, causing traffic delays which have since cleared, returning to normal.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service mentioned they responded promptly to the incident, treating two patients at the scene, with one taken to the hospital and the other discharged on-site.
