The quirky yellow Neighbourhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs) have been launched in Fulham as part of a trial by Yo-Go to introduce a new transport mode. These vehicles can travel at 20 mph and are available for hire via an app for 20p per minute. They can be parked anywhere for free, enhancing convenience. Currently, 10 NEVs are operational in the area, but plans exist to expand to 50.
