Multiple women aged between 25 and 38 were killed in separate incidents, some stabbed, some unknown causes. Police do not suggest any links.
Kamonnan Thiamphanit, 27, was found stabbed, held dual Chinese-Hong Kong and Thai nationality, lived in the UK for 9 years, came to study, worked in property management.
Friends made welfare calls for Thiamphanit on the night she was killed; police visited 13 hours later. Police have a suspect's name but believe he has fled the country.
