A teenage driver, who was behind the wheel of a VW Polo, has been arrested for causing serious injury by dangerous driving after colliding with a scooter rider.
The 28-year-old scooter rider remains in critical condition following the crash, which occurred in Barnet on November 11, prompting an appeal for witnesses.
