A stabbing victim was found with injuries at the Harrow on the Hill train station, with police called at around 6pm on Friday after the 18-year-old man was seen with knife injuries to his face and hands, being taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening conditions.
Officers believe the teen was attacked in a nearby park, with no arrests made yet, and enquiries ongoing, while Southbound Metropolitan Line trains were briefly suspended during the police response.
