A group of at least six people locked themselves inside Gordon Ramsay's leased pub in London, displaying a legal warning defending their takeover.
The squatters argue that as the venue is not a residential building, it isn't covered by 2012 legislation criminalizing squatting in residential properties in England and Wales.
The occupants issued a notice threatening legal action against unauthorized entry and mentioned the requirement of a court-issued possession claim for eviction.
