C lub and restaurants entrepreneur Nick Jones is to step down as boss of the Soho House empire he founded 27 years ago.Mr Jones, 59, has been one of the most influential figures in London's hospitality sector for more than a quarter of a century.He has built a business that started as a single private members club on Greek Street to one of the world's most powerful operators with 38 houses all over the world, as well as a host of other locations including the The Ned in the City, Babington House luxury hotel in Somerset and Kettner's wine bar in Soho.
