Tanya Liddle, a prolific shoplifter with nearly 400 arrests and 171 convictions, has been banned from all but three stores in her area due to her offenses.
Inspector Patrick Hannon emphasized the importance of the civil injunction, stating, "Liddle has consistently targeted retailers for a number of years and exhausted every opportunity given to her to change her ways."
