Martin Jackson, a notorious shoplifter, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison after committing nearly 100 offences, causing significant distress to local businesses.
Jackson was found guilty of theft and violating a restraining order, stealing items worth over £14,100 over a series of months, despite being under a prior Criminal Behaviour Order.
