Efforts have been underway to identify these men for some time and now we need to ask the public for help.
Our enquiries show that these men were in or near the alleyway where Ibrahim was assaulted after the incident took place. I am keen to stress that there is no indication that these men were involved in the incident however it is key that we speak to them to establish if they saw anything that could help our investigation.
