Police were called to High Road at 5.46pm on Tuesday, January 14, after reports of an attack involving a 20-year-old man who suffered stab wounds.
The victim received treatment at the scene by paramedics before being transported to the hospital, with injuries confirmed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
A crime scene remains in place as officers continue their investigation into the incident, with no arrests made at this stage.
The Metropolitan Police are appealing for any witnesses with information to contact them, quoting reference 5396/14JAN to assist with inquiries.
