Police have launched an investigation into a fire at a derelict house in Croydon. London Fire Brigade was called to the house on Davidson Road just after 2.30am on Sunday.
The fire completely destroyed the ground floor and stairs at the end of the terrace house. Most of the first floor of the house was also damaged. 14 residents from the neighbouring properties were evacuated.
