Police responded to reports of gunfire on Lilford Road, recovering multiple shell casings at the scene but reporting no victims or arrests. An investigation is ongoing.
'Police were called at 23:18hrs on Friday, 23 August to reports of shots fired on Lilford Road, SE5. Officers attended and recovered a number of shell casings.'
At this early stage, there have been no arrests made. A crime scene was temporarily established but has since been lifted as investigations continue.
