T he public of London is being failed by an institutionally sexist, racist and homophobic Met riddled with bullying, poor leadership and the rotten treatment of black people, the most damning report in the force's history warned on Tuesday.Baroness Louise Casey said that the protection of women had also been thrown out of the window as she denounced a catalogue of failings at Scotland Yard infecting every level of the force.
