Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Islington

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Islington. Officers were called to reports of a man being assaulted in North Road at around 4.45pm today.
London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured. He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as non-life threatening.
Police were called to North Road in Islington at about 4.45pm on Tuesday, 29 October following reports of a man being assaulted. Officers attended and found a man suffering with stab wounds.
A number of local road closures are in place while officers conduct enquiries. No arrests have been made. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is encouraged to call.
