Police were summoned to St Joseph's Primary School after reports of a 61-year-old man seen masturbating outside the school premises at 2.48pm.
The incident took place on Kenmore Avenue, Harrow, prompting a swift response from law enforcement, leading to the man's arrest nearby.
Following his arrest, the man was transported to a north west London police station where he was subsequently bailed while investigations continue.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that inquiries into the incident are ongoing after the 61-year-old male was taken into custody.
