A serious assault occurred in Harlow where a 17-year-old boy was found injured in a car park on February 2. He sustained a serious head injury. Police arrested a 29-year-old man on February 10 on suspicion of attempted murder. Det Insp Stewart Eastbrook is leading the investigation and has urged the public to assist by providing any information that may seem insignificant. Essex Police are particularly seeking anyone with CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage related to the incident, referencing incident number 348 of February 2.
The man remains in police custody for questioning. I would still encourage anyone who may have information about the incident to contact us. Regardless of how small it seems, it may help my team.
