London's 'favourite tube line' has been revealed - and it's not even a tube line

YouGov surveyed 1,010 Londoners about the best tube line, revealing that the Elizabeth line, opened in 2022, is their favorite with 67% support.

Interestingly, both top-ranking lines, the Elizabeth Line and the Overground, aren't part of the traditional Underground system, highlighting changing preferences among commuters.

The Central line, London’s iconic red line, emerged as the least popular option with 30% of respondents expressing dislike for its noise and delays.

Overall, despite the issue-ridden public transport system, Londoners still take pride in their Underground, showcasing a unique culture of urban transit.
