A prison officer has been reported to police for a social media video allegedly showing sexual activity with an inmate at Wandsworth prison. The Metropolitan Police and Ministry of Justice are involved in the investigations, with no arrests made yet.
HM Prison Service stated that staff corruption is not tolerated, reporting the former officer to the police. HM Inspectorate of Prisons declined to comment during the pre-election period.
