A 16-year-old girl from Brixton has been charged with the murder of 51-year-old Anthony Marks, who was killed while sheltering in a bin shed.
The attack took place in the early hours of August 10, near King’s Cross St Pancras station, highlighting ongoing issues of homelessness and safety.
Previously, a 17-year-old boy from Dagenham was also charged in connection with Mr. Marks's murder, indicating a complex and troubling case that may involve multiple young offenders.
The legal proceedings will unfold in Croydon Magistrates' Court, where the girl's age prohibits her from being publicly identified, raising questions about youth crime and accountability.
