A derelict pub in Croydon faced a fire, partially destroying it, just six months after a suspicious blaze, both being investigated by the police and fire crews were able to contain it.
Planning to demolish the pub and convert it into flats was refused earlier in January, with reports of illegal activities like parties happening there while closed for several years.
