An elderly woman is in critical condition following a collision with a police motorcycle escorting Sophie, the wife of Prince Edward, in west London, authorities said Thursday.The woman, who's said to be in her 80s, was hit on Wednesday afternoon, the Metropolitan Police said.The incident happened around 3:20 p.m., local time.
