One of the victims, a 14-year-old boy, has died from his injuries in hospital after being stabbed.
Ch Supt Stuart Bell confirmed...that his officers resorted to tasering the man before they were able to arrest him safely.
The photos show the moment a swarm of officers were able to pin the man to the ground.
