Court opens inquest for Mr Lucky, who collapsed and died on his birthday
Briefly

Jakub Lucky, 45, suffered a cardiac arrest on his birthday, with a post-mortem indicating death resulted from multi-organ failure linked to a rare heart condition.
Coroner Nadia Persaud stated, 'I'm satisfied, on those facts, this death occurred in circumstances requiring an inquest.' An inquest into Mr Lucky's death was subsequently opened.
The court heard that Mr Lucky had a history of chronic intravenous drug abuse and was found to have bacterial endocarditis and related septicaemia, contributing to his death.
During the inquest, the coroner's officer detailed how paramedics administered two defibrillator shocks, allowing for temporary circulation, but Mr Lucky later succumbed to multiple health issues.
