Essex Police arrested a 19-year-old man for causing death by dangerous driving and a 25-year-old man for the same offense plus failing to stop at the scene of collision.
Both arrested individuals have been bailed until May 25, following the crash in Billericay that led to the death of a 19-year-old woman from Romford.
