Kent Police are seeking dashcam footage from motorists who may have witnessed a dangerous driving incident involving a grey Audi on the M20 early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred between 5am and 5.30am as the driver, a 42-year-old man, was operating the vehicle at high speed without headlights on, endangering others.
Officers have arrested the driver for dangerous driving and drink driving, and they are appealing for any witnesses to assist in the investigation.
