The DNC’s banners are a strategic attempt to engage young voters by publicizing messages against Trump and his connection to Project 2025, targeting football fans in swing states.
"It's [the banner] kind of a major push for us to try to reach people especially young voters on the dangers of Project 2025," said DNC deputy communications director Abhi Rahman.
The banners, flying over major college football games, aim to capitalize on large attendance numbers in critical battleground states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
"Penn St: Beat Trump, Sack Project 2025" and similar messages were seen at games, showcasing the DNC's effort to link Trump with a controversial conservative policy.
