The Supreme Court is taking up a case that could affect the criminal prosecution of former President Donald Trump for obstructing Congress' certification of Joe Biden's election victory.
The charge of obstruction of an official proceeding, stemming from a law passed after the Enron scandal, has been brought against 330 individuals including Trump supporters.
