High-rise condo tower proposed for Beverly Hills
Briefly

Millennium Partners Los Angeles proposes a $450-million, 34-story residential tower named 'The Eastern' at the eastern entrance to Beverly Hills. Plans include 249 units, with 22 affordable rental apartments. Unlike other luxury developments nearby, such as the $5-billion One Beverly Hills, this project focuses on lower price points and smaller units averaging 1,500 square feet, priced below $3 million. Ground-level amenities include two restaurants and ample parking. The location is pivotal as it serves as a gateway to the city and aligns with current trends towards more accessible housing.
We’re very excited about this specific site. It’s an incredibly visible site because it’s at what we call a 'bow tie' intersection and because it forms the eastern gateway to Beverly Hills.
That’s not the market we’re going for at the Eastern. It’s a very different product.
