The Aflalo family's new project will replace the Pavilions market in Beverly Hills with an eight-story apartment complex and supermarket, enhancing urban living.
The Pavilions project was filed under the builder's remedy, allowing developers to bypass zoning laws to include 20% affordable housing in their plans.
Designed by Ottinger Architects, the complex will feature large square windows, terraces, and amenities such as rooftop decks, community rooms, and a gym.
The project aims to support an active urban lifestyle, with 110 apartments on top of a supermarket, including 22 affordable units for low-income families.
